Fees : Fresh Registration - Rs 25.00 (plus 500.00 processing fees)
Renewal of Registration - Rs 250.00
Documents Required:
1. Application form duly filled in
2. Attested copies of Degree Certificates
3. Two passport sized photographs
4. Proof of date of birth (HSLC Certificate / Birth Certificate)
5. Address proof
6. Provisional Registration Certificate
Procedure for Issues of Certificates
- On receipt of an application, the Council shall grant to the applicant a Certificate of registration in such form as may be provided by regulations provided that the documents submitted are proven to e authentic and genuine. Provided also that on the removal of the name for the Register of Practitioners, such Certificate shall cease to be valid.
- Provisional Registration
The Council shall issue provisional registration certificate ie. Form 'K' to such graduates who have completed their academic requirements for the degree course. Every graduate is require to get himself/herself registered provisionally before being allowed to undergo internship training for the prescribed period through the head of Institute. Provisional Registration is valid for period of Internship only. Every graduate shall be required to apply for permanent registration on completion of internship training.
Issue of Permanent Certificate of Registration
A permanent Registration Certificate in Form under Rules 28(3) shall be issued to Veterinary Graduates who has completed the necessary study course and Internship Course, provided all documents are proven authentic and genuine, valid for a period of 5 (five) years. Duplicate registration certificate for lost or damaged Certificate will be issued on application and upon the satisfaction of the Registrar that the case is genuine. The fees for issue of duplicate certificate will be fixed from time to time by the Council
Renewal of Registration
Every registered Practitioner is required to renew his/her registration after expiry of the validity by paying the required fees.
